A little note about the name of this blog. "Sit wherever you damn please" is what was written on the place cards at Caroline and Devon's wedding. A childhood friend posted an image of the cards on Caroline's Facebook page recently. I had completely forgotten they even existed.
Here are images of one of the cards. Like most of the things in Caroline's and Devon's life the cards reflect their un-pretentious playfulness, all the while maintaining a great sense style.
These cards get me thinking about Gwenyth Paltrow's Goop line of stationary for
Paperless Post. After looking at these cards I have to wonder if Goop lives up to its "refinement with a streak of rebellion" motto. Perhaps Goop's designers could take a page from Caroline.
